  • Vineyard Tour & Wine Tasting (£30pp) Tour through the vineyard with a knowledgeable guide, learn about viticulture in England, and view art installations throughout the estate. Afterward, enjoy a tasting of three wines. Lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

  • Opens at noon and serves delicious plates curated to pair with wines. Enjoy sharing platters featuring Sussex produce in a family-friendly dining environment.

    The vineyard's unique terroir in the South Downs provides ideal conditions for growing classic varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, alongside other carefully selected grapes.

    Chardonnay (2022)

    A beautifully elegant unoaked white featuring vibrant notes of pineapple, peach blossom, and zesty lemon pastry—bright, fresh, and true to Sussex chalk terroir.

    Pinot Noir (2022)

    A lively red characterized by bright ruby fruit, gentle tannins, and aromatic red berries. One of the few expressive English Pinot Noirs, recommended by wine critics .

    Pinot Gris (2023)

    A crisp and aromatic white with hints of orchard fruit and spice. Clean and refreshing, with subtle complexity from the Burgundy-clone vines.

    Rosé (2022)

    A pale, dry rosé with fresh strawberry, raspberry, and delicate floral notes. Bright acidity makes it an ideal summer sip—easygoing yet elegant.

    Blanc de Blancs (2015, vintage)

    A signature sparkling rosé blend (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier), with lively red-berry aromas, winter spice, creamy strawberry layers, and a punchy cranberry-grapefruit palate—savoury and food-friendly

    Curators Cuvée (2014, vintage)

    A structured sparkling made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Expect crisp green apple and pear, toasted brioche, and a steely, mineral-driven palate with chalky texture
