Established in 2007, Tinwood Estate is a family-owned vineyard situated on the edge of the South Downs in West Sussex. The Tukker family has transformed what was once farmland used for growing salad into a thriving vineyard producing award-winning English sparkling wines.
The estate's unique "From salad to wines" heritage is reflected in their logo and ethos, with a commitment to quality that runs through every aspect of the business. The chalky soil and favorable microclimate of the South Downs provide ideal conditions for growing the classic Champagne varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
Today, Tinwood Estate is known for its exceptional sparkling wines crafted using the traditional method, its warm hospitality, and its beautiful setting that offers visitors a quintessentially English wine experience.cription

Tinwood Estate produces three exceptional sparkling wines, all crafted using the traditional method from classic Champagne grape varieties grown on the estate.
The range includes the Blanc de Blancs (made from 100% Chardonnay), the Estate Brut (a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier), and the Rosé (with its delicate pink hue and red fruit flavors).
Each wine expresses the unique terroir of the South Downs, with the chalky soil imparting distinctive mineral notes that complement the crisp acidity and fine bubbles characteristic of quality English sparkling wine.
Visitors can purchase wines directly from the vineyard shop, where knowledgeable staff are happy to provide recommendations based on personal preferences.
