The Custom Trip
Whether it’s a birthday, a team outing, or just a day built entirely around your tastes, we’ll help you create a personalised itinerary with as much wine, food, and countryside as you like.
Q: Why are there so few three-vineyard trips?
We occasionally run three-vineyard routes, but they’re the exception — not the norm. That’s because we believe the best wine days aren’t rushed.
Visiting two vineyards allows for a more relaxed pace, with time to enjoy a full tasting, linger over lunch, and soak up the surroundings without watching the clock. Adding a third stop can feel compressed — and we want the experience to feel unhurried, not like a race.
That said, we’re always exploring new formats — and when a three-stop itinerary makes sense, we’ll offer it.
Perfectly Timed for Wine Time.
Every trip is carefully timed to align with each vineyard’s tour and tasting schedules.
Don't fancy a tour? No worries.
The vineyards we visit offer more than just tours and tastings — enjoy a relaxed meal, stroll through the grounds, or simply soak up the atmosphere with a glass in hand.
Our handy vineyard guide provides you with curated trip ideas at every stop, helping you discover the best each vineyard has to offer.
Find Your Pace
From leisurely tastings to long lunches, here’s what a day at Wiston Estate might look like.
The Slow Sipper
A glass of sparkling wine in the courtyard. A gentle walk among the vines. Time to browse the shop for something to take home — slow, simple, unrushed.
The Curious Taster
A guided tour through the vineyard and barrel room, followed by a tasting with small plate pairings — ideal for the inquisitive palate.
The Long Luncher
Start with a tasting flight, followed by a three-course seasonal lunch at Chalk restaurant. Finish with a slow vineyard stroll or a stop at the cellar door shop.
