Yes. All Shuttle & Vine experiences are private to your group, with your own vehicle and itinerary. Some vineyard tours or tastings may be shared with other guests at the estate, depending on the vineyard’s format, but your travel and timings are arranged exclusively for you.

Fully private vineyard visits can also be arranged on request.

Each trip includes return travel and vineyard experiences that may include brunch, guided tastings, tours or lunch reservations.

For smaller groups, we usually arrange vineyard lunches on a pay-as-you-go basis. Your table is reserved and timed to fit seamlessly with your itinerary, giving you the freedom to enjoy a full à la carte meal or something lighter if you prefer.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to request specific vineyards, or we can recommend the perfect pairing based on your interests, timing and vineyard availability.

Of course. Many guests prefer to simply enjoy lunch, a glass of wine and the countryside views. If you’d like a tour or tutored tasting, we can include that as part of your itinerary.

Our private trips begin with collection from Brighton, Haywards Heath or other areas of Sussex by arrangement, and end with return travel to the same location. Your transport will be private, with no need to share transport with other guests.

We arrange private vehicles for couples, small groups of friends or larger gatherings. For groups over eight, we use comfortable minibuses with professional drivers; smaller parties may travel in executive cars or MPVs.

No problem - the vineyards we visit are well prepared for all weather. Tours, tastings, and dining experiences are typically indoors or take place in all-weather spaces, and many restaurants have covered terraces or adaptable setups. Experiences may be adjusted slightly to suit the conditions, so you can relax and enjoy your day, rain or shine.

Unfortunately, dogs aren’t permitted on our shuttles, so we’re unable to accommodate them on Shuttle & Vine trips at this time. Service dogs are, of course, always welcome — just let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is in place for your visit.

Yes, children are welcome on Shuttle & Vine trips when accompanied by an adult. However, please note that many vineyard experiences — including tastings and some tours — are strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

Infants under 2 years old who will be seated on an adult’s lap (babes in arms) do not need a separate ticket.
